Overview

Supports founder recruitment, community engagement, communications, and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, participation, and growth across Tribe’s programs and events.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, websites, and event platforms.
  • Assist in developing content that promotes Tribe programs, founder success stories, and ecosystem activities.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and content calendars.
  • Help create promotional materials and event communications.

Community & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Support engagement activities for founders, alumni, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Assist with the promotion and delivery of networking events, community gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Help strengthen relationships with community members and partners through consistent communication.

Recruitment & Growth

  • Support outreach campaigns to attract applicants for Tribe programs.
  • Track recruitment performance and application pipelines.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to increase participation and community engagement.
  • Help communicate program value propositions to target audiences.

Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor marketing and engagement metrics.
  • Support analysis of campaign performance and participation trends.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention outcomes.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Ongoing diploma/degree in Business Administration is preferred but not essential
  • Experience creating content for various social media platforms, including video and photo content
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva or Procreate
  • Relevant writing experience
  • Tech savviness, including familiarity with different social media apps and editing tools, and camera and mic configurations; Zoom hosting and Eventbrite setup are nice-to-haves

  • Currently enrolled in Saint Mary’s University
  • Eligible to work off campus
