At Tribe, one of the ways we support our members is by creating programs to help them start, successfully manage and scale their idea(s) or business venture(s).

The Tribe Innovation Hub AI Hackathon @ SMU brings Black and racialized builders, students, entrepreneurs, designers, and problem-solvers together for a full day of creating. Work with a team, tackle a real challenge, get support from experienced mentors, and turn your idea into something you can pitch before the day is over.
No AI expertise required—just come ready to contribute, experiment, and build.

This is a venture validation program where racialized founders in Nova Scotia build real, market-ready ventures — not through lectures or theory, but by shipping prototypes, testing them with real customers, and taking them to market alongside coaches and a peer cohort

Year-round, one-on-one venture support for Black and racialized founders building AI-enabled ventures in Nova Scotia. Bring a specific challenge, milestone or decision, and get focused support to figure out what needs to happen next.
