Overview

Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of Tribe’s programs while helping founders navigate and engage with the program experience. Focuses on execution, participant support, tracking, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Support the planning and execution of accelerators, fellowships, innovation streams, and community programs.
  • Assist with program scheduling, timelines, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, office hours, and program events.
  • Support logistics, materials preparation, and participant communications.

Founder Success & Engagement

  • Coordinate founder onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with founders throughout program lifecycles.
  • Track founder participation, attendance, and milestone completion.
  • Gather founder feedback and identify opportunities to improve participant experience.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate program records and CRM data.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and program metrics.
  • Support preparation of reports for funders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with survey administration and outcome measurement activities.

Operations & Administration

  • Support shared inbox management and program inquiries.
  • Maintain program documentation, templates, and operational records.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

  • Currently enrolled in Saint Mary’s University
  • Eligible to work off campus
